This whole time you have been confused and lost, like a poor little lamb.

I weep for you and your employees my friend. You are pimping out recent college graduates and leadingh them down an unfriendly path:

-loss of friends
-loss of self confidence
-loathed by all that they help
-out of control body fat and laziness
-no time for anything

I got out before all of that crap happened to me. I love my life and my career now. I just get on this site to see what's happeneing at ERAC....You come on here to defend ERAC......That's the saddest thing ever.
