Most of the folks that have been offered to run C201 have declined for fear of it being the "career killer" position. Indeed, it does justifiably have that reputation. A real leader would overcome that crap and make it work. No Excuses. It would be unlikely then that lazy ass people would last very long if someone was taking ownership and in charge. In addition to having leadership skills, they would also have to be savy enough to deal with the non helpful higher ups that are only concerned with their own stats/salary. |
