I'm confused. I thought getting promoted at ERAC was largely based on developing people and getting them to the next level??? Zavacky has NEVER had one of his direct reporting area managers promoted to the next level, at least I have never seen it, and I have heard from others that he has never actually done it. How is this possible??? I just don't get this double-talking, "Do as I say, not as I do" company.
