I'm assuming that it's someone that still works at erac, probably in my old branch as you know my email password. This site seems secure, so have the balls to use your own details.

I'm not a particular fan of MW but wouldn't bother slagging him off because he's actually an ok bloke outside of work. If you're this pissed off in your job then leave as there's plenty to choose from after erac. You never know, you may find yourself with a well paid job with no weekend work and be doing 37 hours a week with a company car. Anyway, try and enjoy your time there as it's a good apprenticeship for the real world.
