I have called NatRes and sold out a branch that I was running for the whole summer. I did not want anything to book that I was not aware of. I could control my own fleet and rates. I would sell out the internet too. From what I understand, NatRes and internet are not really connected to eachother. I would however change rates on the internet and NatRes. We can track reservation # from internet and NatRes but the reservations that the office makes itself do not show up on reservation counts in terms of Utilization management spreadsheets.

One thing that kills us is internet reservations, different websites will not have specifics of certain branches. Such as options of ski racks, baby seats and the whatnots. It will say if Enterprise offers these at the airports or does not. For example, not specifiying if Seattle doen't have baby seats and LAX does.
