Can anyone out there give me some information on the way they run their branches compared to ERAC? Based on what I've heard hear, I sure hope it's different.

I have a 2nd interview with a city manager upcoming. Is this the last step before they make the hiring decision or is there more? FYI, 1st interview was with the Area Manager (weird).
