I'm struggling with this one...I've been out 2 years and now run 2 small businesses. Looking back I'm not exactly sure what I learned at ERAC that is helping me now. Customer Service skills perhaps? My years (5+) there certainly never taught me how to run a business as I'm finding in the real world that not having a $7bn company as a safety net is certainly a more motivating factor to generate income! I can still clean a car in < 5minutes mind!!
