Re: Anteco Quit Love him or Hate him, you have to respect the dedication he showed to ERAC for years. He was one of the hardest workers that place has seen. His attention to detail was second to none, and he expected that from his crew. He was able to build great relationships with his accounts, many of his employees, (not all obviously, he was tough) and his numbers reflected it. People that didn't like him couldn't handle his management style. That is expected, not everyone thinks the crumb in the corner of the lobby is really a big deal while you have 9 people in line waiting for their car that you don't have to give them. He did, that kind of intensity got him to where he was in his career. I say good luck with the new gig, he is going to succeed wherever he goes. |
