I think Winfields basic is about 24K. I think the guys (or gals) point is that he is not guaranteed to earn anymore than that. If the group doesn't make any net profit then Winfield takes home this 2K before tax. He can earn some good cash but again this is not guaranteed.

I know U5 very well indeed and it still is not consistent. In fact, they are having a fairly poor summer considering that it should do well in the hols. My branch is doing rubbish with no useful help from MW People don't have respect for him or their AM, which is different to the old days.

Take my advice. ERAC is suited to recent grads. Get to BM then bail out and get a real job. After all, it's embarrassing telling friends that you rent cars after spending 3 yrs at uni.
