Default Re: Car Prep's Method on Found Items

I've found some pretty good stuff in the cars, and as far as I know, no one has ever called back looking for it. Highlights include:

- Two boxes of eco-friendly cleaning supplies: a sampler pack of every product one of these companies makes. I don't have to buy dishwasher soap, laundry detergent or carpet cleaner for a good year or so.

- $9.00 in Canadian money (I'm close to the border, cashed it for $US)

- A large, unopened golf umbrella, still in the plastic, $20 price label

- Cell phone chargers, sold them on eBay

- Lots of unopened water and soda

- Tons of change in cupholders, hey it adds up

- Not yet expired parking permits for garages downtown - I use them

- Unopened maps & guidebooks - nice ones, not enterprise's shitty maps

- A passport (gave it to the front desk, not sure if it was ever claimed)

- Purple panties (I kid you not)

I kept most of the stuff above, except the panties of course. It makes up for all the disgusting shit I find, yesterday I had an Avenger that was completely covered with dog hair, all over the front & back seats, the floor, the dashboard, the ceiling, everywhere... it was like a carpet. I have yet to find large amounts of money, drugs, weapons, etc., but I expect it someday. I had a friend who worked at Budget, they had a Buick Rendezvous with blood all over the interior... they called the cops on that one, but it turned out that the customer killed a deer in the car. They totaled it.
