You were lucky that you could do that. This Group shits a brick if you even say no to a customer, much less even think proactively about selling out for a period of time to manage your reservations. It takes an act of God and three different ok's before being allowed to sell out here, and in that respect only a day or so at a time.
There were a lot of times I wish I could have sold out, or at least put the limited availability tag on some, when having the opportunity to "run my own branch" ...what a joke
