Default customer service my ass

I recently had an accident in a car that I rented from enterprise. They were so quick to take the money but could care less about the accident. It was a really bad accident and I had to be rushed to the emergency room. While I was trying to breath I wasn't really all that concerned about making sure that all my belongings were out of the car. My mother called the company when we returned from the hospital and they told me they could not find the car. I called the tow truck company and they told me they couldn't give me the info because I didn't own the vehicle. So I called the enterprise loss control manager Kuddy Baird and she was no help. I continued to follow up on the situation by calling everyone and their mother about my things. Kuddy told me I was a liar, my mom was a liar, and that my dad told her it was no big deal. No big deal that my insurance card, vin number, registration, keys to my house, keys to my personal car, and all kinds of personal info was in god knows whos hands? She also told me that I was retarded and that the accident must have caused brain damage. I have spoken to about 20 different people within the company and not one of them have any customer service skills what so ever. I am honestly considering bringing this company to court so they can pay my hospital bills, pay to get a new insurance card, a new registration card, new locks on my car, and new locks for my house. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to rent from them and this company is going to be in some more hot water after I get done. Any suggestions on how I should pursue this?
