I think you'll find that some admin staff do get all that with a decent wage. A lot of them are on more than all the MT's, MA's and more than some AssistM's (basice anyway) and the bonus they get tops it up to a decentish salary. Better than getting bummed by the GM, CM, AM, and anyone else that chirps in when the branches are in the shit. Branch staff can keep their extra money, you earn it for all the shit you get from customers and upper management.
