Why do people at admin have 5 oclock week and rental doesnt?
Why do all level 3s work less hours than BRM,AM,MA,MT?
Why do all employees at ERAC can take their lunch, except in rental?
Why are we short handed in rental, but not anywhere else?
Why dont we have voice mail in rental? Everyone else has voice mail.
Why do most employees in rental eat dinner at 730pm? all others 630pm
Why does Dan Adams make 1100% more money than the average BM?
Why do most MT leave the company in a year?
Why do the rest of the MTs leave within two years?

Answers:

Rental is crap, that pays admin paycheck. they dont care about us.
Because their job is to coach not play. Ya Right
Because Dan would only make 900% more money than the average BM.
Because we could hide behind our voice mail like all other Admin Folks.
Because that one extra cust can feed Dan and Jack more steak/lobster
Because thats not his goal is goal is 2100% more. Hes not happy about this.
Because the get treated like dog dodo by admin and customers.
