I actually saw my AREA MANAGER's commision % once and figured that he made 5K more than me--I couldnt believe it. This really surprised me because he was tight with my RRM and RVP(everyone knows this is the only way to get ahead).
And there were some months when I actually made more than him when our area sucked it up and my branch excelled. Granted, I was probably on the higher end of BM's statewide making between 55-60K in 2005.
After all the Bull___ getting to Level 3, to not even be rewarded with a decent payday is atrocious. Thank god I jumped ship when I did. |
