I disagree with you about the training at ERAC being that I used to work there and now work in Pharma...In my current Pharma job we start off with an initial 7-8 week training/orientation, in addition (during the 1st year) we get to go to 4 weeks of training where we are video taped everyday for sales training and also go on Point of Action trips at least twice a year for 1 week at a time (not to Harrisburg). I just had several days of training on presentation skills which was excellent (also videotaped). Our company brings in the best corporate consulting talent globally. ERAC cannot touch it. I KNOW because I experienced ERAC's 3 day orientation/training and occasional 1 day sessions every couple of months and MQI training (jeopardy). I left ERAC as soon as I passed my MQI and it was the best decision I made. Our company also pays for tuition reimbursement for Masters degrees. I am currently taking advantage of that as well. Bill will be in shock at the difference in training, hours, corporate advancement and pay.
