I just had several days of training on presentation skills which was excellent (also videotaped). Our company brings in the best corporate consulting talent globally. ERAC cannot touch it. I KNOW because I experienced ERAC's 3 day orientation/training and occasional 1 day sessions every couple of months and MQI training (jeopardy). I left ERAC as soon as I passed my MQI and it was the best decision I made. Our company also pays for tuition reimbursement for Masters degrees. I am currently taking advantage of that as well. Bill will be in shock at the difference in training, hours, corporate advancement and pay. |
I am in pharma as well and I can concur with everything you said. erac's sales training was like taking pre-algebra in the 8th grade. not bad, but a start. Pharma training is like taking advanced calculas. Pretty cut and dry. I was also videotaped in front of real actors and had to sell and go through all of the steps. After that you had to be critiqued to death. 4 weeks worth. very intense stuff.
