However, no matter how hard you try, you can't polish a turd. And that is what 90% of GP 62 MT's/MAs are: turds. This year has been the worst statistical year in history. Revenues are at an all-time low while expenses are among the highest in all of the Central region. As a manager, I have done all that I can but let's face it: The MT's here are worse than garbage.

Here's why: they complain way too damn much. They want this benefit, they want extra pay, they don't want to work Saturdays. And what do the manager's get: low return on investment, higher expense ratios, more aggravation from St. Louis. Has these recent graduate morons from U of Ill-Champagne forgotten what it takes to sell? Personally, I would mandate each branch to have their MTs sell at least 85% CDW or they will be written up immediately. Anything less is unacceptable.

Further, the MTs of the 1990s were far better than this waste of space because they knew how to take care of the customer and run a successful branch office. The only thing that today's GP 62 know how to run is to the internet to check their EFTs every other Friday or to McDonald's for lunch. I can say without a doubt that since our revenues are the worst in history, our MTs are THE WORST IN HISTORY!! They are also among the fattest, worst dressed that I have ever seen. The women here are an embarrassment to look at. Was there ever a reason to celebrate them in Orlando a few months ago? Pah-leaze.

That is why I am going to be among the first to propose a 20% paycut for all MTs across the board yet will give them incentives to earn it all back. I would retro this back to their hire date so that they would owe ERAC but I am not even that mean. MTs have to earn their keep to be at our level. They were once good here in 62, but now they are sheep. And sheep get slaughtered.

I am writing this because I am tired of seeing my commission checks coming in less and less than expected every year. I was once on the edge of making 7-digits yet now I will have to settle for 6. I am struggling to put food on my table and am now forced to take only a few vacations this year to meet the demands of my growing family. And of course, FLIP value is hurting us even more, which means that the uninsured losses are going to have to come out of the MTs pocket. I am sick and tired of using the 0531 account.

MTs, MAs, I hope that you are listening because I am going to voice very strongly that your pay is cut 20% if you don't shape up. This is business, not a chow line so GET TO SELLING!!
