You, my friend, are living in denial and suppressing rage, m'er f'er. It's amazing how quick someone hopped right on this. Two people just pointed out that ERAC's orientation and training could use some improvement and right away it turns to "you just couldn't hack it" talk. Certain jobs aren't for certain people. Perhaps you are one of the few that ACTUALLY enjoys working for ERAC. Good for you, but don't feel the need to think that everyone who leaves simply couldn't hack it.
Me personally, I could see what ERAC was doing to my soul (I was becoming bitter with the world and everyone who had a job involving less hours and hassle, I could foresee the hours causing a straining on my marriage eventually, AND I couldn't ethically take the fact that I was being required to lie to customers every day.
So good for you if you enjoyed it, but I certainly don't think that everyone that leaves simply couldn't hack it....it's not that challenging of a job. It's a good place to start though. I certainly learned a lot....and the moved on to the next adventure.
