I have to say that you sir are f*cked. to actually look in the mirror and believe that you are a winner is the most absurd thing I have ever read on here. I usually see on this board that it is not that bad, etc, etc. But you actually believe that you landed and remain in a fortune 500 company. I mean i worked there and there is no denying that erac has it +'s, I mean short lived +'s none the less but there are bonuses to working there. But there is no denying that the negatives outway the positives over time. However the end of the road comes for 99% of the workforce before their 4th year. that is not a coincedence or dumb luck that happens either. It is because erac will suck the life out of year until you leave and then suck the life out of the next person and so on and so on. they chew up and spit out. it is the way the want it none the less which is thir perogative but for you to say that everybody is bragging about life outside and they were rejects and failures is as absurd as your screen handle. I can tell you this that as you grown older and the longer you work there your time will become more important then renting cars and going to happy hours. the life outside of erac is REAL and not filled with smoke and mirrors of erac's phrases: work hard play hard --- this is way a life not a job, a family --- 6 figures in 6 years --- action steps and IPC ---- roadmaps and BIG PICTURE talk... it is all bullshit for you to stay. the longer they can keep you the better but eventually they know you are going to leave they just don;t know when. the job is BULLSHIT AND ANYBODY WITH INTELLIGENCE CAN SEE IT EVENTUALLY WHEN THE SMOKE CLEARS.
