He got a letter in the mail stating that ERAC had heard he was no longer interested in working for ERAC and were sorry to hear it. And that if he were to change his mind, to send in a resume at his convenience.

To that, I say, too bad ERAC. You just lost your chance at hiring one of THE hardest workers you would have EVER had.
And we're happy that you refused to call him back to let him know about management training. Because he did end up getting a WAY better job.

And I'm glad I found this site, so I really know how people feel.
