few things you can do.
first and foremost is hope that the branch won't have your compact and will be forced to give you a free upgrade...they will try to charge you for this by phantom selling so don't fall for it.
the question is have you already booked the deal? i'd wait till a day before and book it online. do it after business hours the day before. for your sake hopefully they won't have a ccar available. but it could backfire and they could have nothing at all, which could still benefit to you if you bitch hard enough (though time wise it could set you back)
wtf would you waste money on CDW for a week? what type of ins policy do you have? why pay for CDW if you have ins?
