Why I think "I Bleed Green" may be Tom Walling (deductive reasoning)

1.) When talking to groups of people he often refers to them as "folks". ( Also does anobody under 35 really use that term? - Tom is one of the only employess 30+.)

2.) When asked too many questions TJW often goes into hiding and cannot be reached for comment or assistance. (Where is "I Bleed Green"?)

3.) (As a floow up to #2) TJW avoids direct confrontation at all times. Therefore he may enjoy sitting behind a computer and releasing his green *&^&*. However even this message board may have become too confrontational for him and he may be back in his ERAC batcave (see #2).

4.) Tom is THE ONLY ERAC employee that I know of the trully "bleeds green".

5.) When one of his employees leaves he isolates them from the group and completey ignores them (even if in the same room) because HE CAN'T STAND WHEN PEOPLE FIND BETTER OPPORTUNITIES. He tries at 1st to hold onto them by telling them they are making a huge mistake by leaving. One time he was so desperate for employess to stay he actually kept an employee (who he thought he could control) in his office for 3 HOURS with a branch mgr and had his wife call her (NO EXageration). His wife doesn't even work at ERAC, but no one should ERAC-Gang-Bang someone into staying. The employee left anyway, thank God. However his whole retention strategy and work ethics are trully the mark of an irrational and unprofessional person. IN most companies, if someone leaves they take them out to happy hour, bring in a cake and card, then sincerely wish them the best of luck.

In brief summary, The irrational and immature behavior of "I Bleed Green" is very similar to TJW.
