With this "Zavacky" hand you got dealt, all I can say is lets see what you have to say next year. The only GM that would give him a shot in his 17 stop interview tour is someone that he worked for previously. It just goes to show, GM's usually look at strict performance, and his didn't cut it with 16 other GM's.
