If you are not committed and do not want to work hard then you won't. It's not for everyone.

I'd like to ask you to elaborate on how ERAC has paid off for you. I worked in GP48 for 2 years and it hardly paid off and I worked hard and was committed right to the end, something a lot better came along for me so I took the risk and left. I'm sad to admit that I didn't realize how bad ERAC was until I left and started working for a normal company. I think thats why ERAC grabs people right out of college, that way we don't know what its like anywhere else. I've been at my current job for 2 years now...I make 50K, get an annual raise and bonus, work 40 hours a week, work from home 2 or 3 days a week and I work in a nice office with hard working and bright people. I still get to work in customer service which I always loved but I work with hospitals which is a little more noble than renting cars and basically constantly lying to people and ripping people off...and NO more sales praise the lord!

Maybe you worked in a CT branch, I always felt those were run better than MA. Anyway, if you have been there for a few years, get out then you'll realize how much better life is after ERAC.
