Default Re: best and worst area managers 41cc

I came across this website on accident and couldn’t believe the things that were written. I was employed at Enterprise in group 41 and I left on my own terms. I was unhappy with the job and some of the people so I decided to leave. Eventhough I didn’t always agree with management or people hire up I would never dream of publicly humiliating people. I was under the impression that people that work and worked for Enterprise are college educated and the behavior displayed on this website is beyond immature. And I really think that people need to use their time in a better way then to say horrible hurtful things on the computer. We are all grown-ups and need to start acting like adults. And for the individual that defends Enterprise I think it’s great that you are happy in your job, but is it really necessary to bash people you have worked with? That really makes you no better then the others that bad mouth Enterprise. People shouldn’t try to destroy one another. Even though some of the things may be all in fun things can really hurt people. To talk about W.B. or George in saying they are sleeping around is that necessary. That has nothing to do with work or why someone would quit. And the category is worst and best managers why are people talking about anything besides that. Your opinions should be kept to yourself unless they are constructive criticism. No one likes to be talked about and I think the last couple of things that were said on this site are out of line. No names are mentioned but is it really necessary? People’s lives aren’t something to mess with lightly and I think everyone needs to think about what they are doing before they decide to post a public comment.
