Apparently, an IT professional with nothing better to do than bash successful companies, decided he was going to ride the coat-tail of Enterprise. ????? seems to capitalize on customer complaints and disgruntled ex-employees of an industry laced with aggravation due to the stress of an accident.

Sure, there are countless numbers of websites that are dedicated to customer complaints. I just can't think of one that seemed to house such a collection of incompetent ramblings. I definitely agree with the concept of having a venue or blog to post customer complaints or grievances. Every business should handle their complaints and customers/ex-employees should be able to do the same. This site seems to be something different.

I believe this site's "success", if you so choose to call it, is because of a collection of people who can't let go. EG. Ex-employees who probably were fired for smoking pot, jerking off in the bathroom, or just plain too ignorant to complete the simplest of tasks. If you don't work for ERAC anymore, fine, just don't dwell on something and dedicate all your free time to bitching about your former employer. EG. Customers who are not smart enough to review their terms or contracts and take steps to ensure they don't pay for their own mistakes. EG. A site administrator who gets off on believing that the people he shares a common hatred for are actual "real-life" friends. I think he just feels empowered to have people posting on this ridiculous site. I know he has done such extraordinary things like going to 50 states in a week...big deal. I bet he was alone the whole time and doesn't have anything better to do than travel by himself. He was probably masturbating the whole car trip and using his own tears as lubricant because he has a shallow and meaningless life.

I don't plan on visiting this site to even acknowledge a response from anyone. I just thought everyone on this site should take the advice from someone looking from the outside in. GET A FUCKING LIFE. QUIT CRYING. DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN COME SIT AT HOME ALL DAY AND DEDICATE YOUR LIFE TO THIS DUMB FUCKING WEBSITE.
