I'm a recent college grad trying to get a job in pharmaceutical sales. Needless to say, it is extremely competitive and is going to take some time to finally break in. The chatter over on the pharmaceutical end of things is that Enterprise is an incredible resume builder and their management trainee program is top notch.

I filled out an on-line application a few hours before reading this. My question is, is the management trainee program really worth it?

Will it help me secure a position in the industry I want?

I have no intention of making a career out of ERAC or anything..I just figured I could work there for a year to get some more B2B experience on my resume.

Any suggestions?
