I filled out an on-line application a few hours before reading this. My question is, is the management trainee program really worth it?

Will it help me secure a position in the industry I want?

I have no intention of making a career out of ERAC or anything..I just figured I could work there for a year to get some more B2B experience on my resume.

Any suggestions?
From what I read here, it's a stepping stone to stress, weight gain, poverty, depression and Sunday night anxiety. By the time you make it to a pharmaceutical job, you're going to need prescriptions for several of the drugs your company is selling.
