Look heres the honest truth!! Yes its tough, and your time as a Management Trainee will not be the most fun. But if your looking to hire on just as a resume builder don't bother. The only reason to sign on to ERAC is to work your way up. By the way ERAC doesnt want someone whos in it just for the experience. You would be a waste of time and money to ERAC. This job is not for everyone, I had my ups and downs. Yes its long hours, and you wash cars and many other not so glamorous things, but I worked there for 8 years and I loved (most) of the people, and once I became a manager I loved my job even more. There were times I wanted to quit, but it was the people and support that made me stay. I would think hard before going any further in the interview process. If your not in it for the long haul dont bother!! |
