This job is not for everyone, I had my ups and downs. Yes its long hours, and you wash cars and many other not so glamorous things, but I worked there for 8 years and I loved (most) of the people, and once I became a manager I loved my job even more. There were times I wanted to quit, but it was the people and support that made me stay. I would think hard before going any further in the interview process. If your not in it for the long haul dont bother!!
Disregard this post for what it is, propaganda. ERAC is fully aware that most mt's will quit within a year, they need to fill spots. ERAC needs people to sign up, regardless of how long they really intend to stay.
