I run the 2nd largest operation in the state and my life has dramatically improved since I made the switch.

I work a few more hours, but the comraderie that you get working for a company that truly cares for its employees is well worth it. Don't listen to what these idiots tell you about how bad the company is. True, my first year I made $30k, but my 2nd year as an Assistant Manager, I made $70k. Being a branch manager, I'm on pace to make $300,000 this year.

Not only has Enterprise had a strong financial impact on my life, it has taught me strong morals, ethics, and really has given me the satisfaction of knowing that I am making a difference in everybody's lives.

yeah, last year i was a car prep and made 6.50 an hour. the next year i was an MT and made 7.25, when you broke it down to hourly. this year i'm an MA and i'll probably gross around $4 million. my work life balance is great, and i love making new friends every 4 months because thats about how long the average MT lasts in my group
