I run the 2nd largest operation in the state and my life has dramatically improved since I made the switch. I work a few more hours, but the comraderie that you get working for a company that truly cares for its employees is well worth it. Don't listen to what these idiots tell you about how bad the company is. True, my first year I made $30k, but my 2nd year as an Assistant Manager, I made $70k. Being a branch manager, I'm on pace to make $300,000 this year. Not only has Enterprise had a strong financial impact on my life, it has taught me strong morals, ethics, and really has given me the satisfaction of knowing that I am making a difference in everybody's lives. |
You have got to be kidding me, $300K as a branch manager, $70K as an assistant manager. You have got to be F'ing kidding me. Save your Enterprise bullshit for the poor suckers that you interview.
Just for shits and giggles, for this to have an outside chance of happening you would have to take control of a satelite branch of 20 cars and turn it into a international airport operation.
I work in accounting and I had access to all the company documentation on pay for every position from an assistant manager all the way to the Group Vice President. I would be amazed if even your Regional Vice President made that much. Without question $300K surpases the area manager pay and Regional Rental Manager pay.
