Say what you want, the numbers speak for themself. We have a 49% turnover rate from 90 day employees to branch managers in the Dallas area. Maybe this is a great thing to have on your resume, with so many people leaving? My question is, "Why do have so many people leaving and what are we going to do about it." Region EE is only concerned about filling vacant spots not building it's bench. Once again, they are showing us that they have no concept of long term thinking, only putting a bandage on the problem and hoping to stop the bleeding.
