Let me know about your new job. I was number one on the Matrix as well in Group 03 for 8 straight months. I have been with the company over 1 1/2 years and I want out! All they do is ride the backs of those who are successful and drive you into the ground working 50+ hours a week. All the while feeding you BS about "the big picture" and "getting promoted". Mostly, I am sick of ignorant people who rent cars,who can't afford to pay their power bills, telling me what to do and having to bend over and take it up the rear everytime some reserves a compact car and we actually have one to give them and they find a reason to hate it so we give them something for free to make them happy.

I want a job where I am respected not trampled on. I didn't go to a D-1 school and get a degree to get a response from people about my job like "Oh, you rent cars all day?" and "What do you plan to do when you finish school?"
