I filled out an on-line application a few hours before reading this. My question is, is the management trainee program really worth it?

Will it help me secure a position in the industry I want?

I have no intention of making a career out of ERAC or anything..I just figured I could work there for a year to get some more B2B experience on my resume.

Any suggestions?
go for it and dont look back. from a realistic standpoint, where else can an individual who is not being heavily recruited by corporate america go and be in a postion to run your own business, retire at age 40, earn six figures in six years, and achieve fame and fortune by earning "pro athlete money". good luck and i wish you the best.
