Unless those people are given a nice clothing allowance for all the clothes I'm sure get ruined, I think it's totally inappropriate to have people washing cars in dress clothes. Even then, it's wasteful. People should dress for the job. |
yeah i dont know why erac just doesnt spring for like matching enterprise uniforms or something. like polos or button ups or something comfortable like that. i bet then the retention wouldnt be 31% like it is in my group
