It's really not worth it. I am sure you can do better if you keep looking. I am assuming you just graduated and feel pressured to get a job. Getting a decent job (not ERAC) takes time and I promise you if you keep trying you will eventually land something worth your time. Working at ERAC for a year (if you last that long) would be wasting a year of your life. We only have a limited number of years to live on Earth so why would you waste that prescious time hustling Damage Waiver to upset customers? It's your choice, but if you are patient I gaurantee you can get a better job than ERAC.
