well, you can expect to book 6 8am reservations and have 3 cars available, then take the 3 who dont have cars to work, then call a driver in to deliver a CCAR for an ARMS res who had a SCAR res, then the next day expect to go out and switch them out into a SCAR even though its a Sentra, then waste your "one hour break" doing Callbacks, where the bodyshop managers are pissed that you have to call them again today even though you called them yesterday about the same customer
