In my group; I have smoked pot, taken e pills, and/or sniffed coke w/ more than 75% of employees in my office and neighboring offices in my area. 2 Area Managers; one recently promoted sniffed lines in a room of like 10 ppl at last group-wide event.

There is only a very small select few at ERAC (in my area) that don't do it/dont know about it - the after happy hrs festivities that is...

I think the idea behind the ERAC drug test is that if you know its coming and you can't manage to keep yourself clean for the small period of time prior to your promotion...then you have some serious problems & dont deserve the promotion...

Of course you can do drugs; enjoy them....just lay off for about 4 weeks if and when your approaching promo time.
