This is where the 2 morons that are running GP 05 are stupid. You can put a short term fix on things by firing good people, but it's not going to help your bottom line with any significance. And isn't being overpaid and not doing much what they sell you whne you get hired, you could make your 6 figures within 2 years, while playing golf and taking accounts to lunch? Kureka was doing nothing but living what Enterprise sells to it's incoming employees, I wonder now that he's gone if recruiting will start telling employees the actual facts of "E"
6 in 10 will be gone within 6 months
8 in 10 will be gone within a year
9 in 10 will be gone within 3 years
1 in 150 will become an Asst Mgr
1 in 1000 will become a Branch Manager
1 in 5,000 will ever interview to become an Area Manager
1 in 25,000 will have a shot of city manager
A little hard to swallow for the promising career they bring you into.
