Again, very good point. Very few in management when he came in, however, he has systematically eliminated, in one way or another, the people who were employed with the group since day one. We mention the demotions of Ronnau, Barackman, and Mikkelson. We mention the backfired demotions (terminations) of Ledoux, Estell, among others. And with all of that, they are replaced with incompetent people. Does anyone else think that Todd Parker is knowledgeable? Has Brian Schulte burned serious bridges with various auto auctions? All that is known is that fine managers are being weeded out and replaced with idiots. And they wonder why performance is shitty. It's all an inside job. They will hire who they are friends with, not who is qualified for the job. I hope VanMol is keeping the microscope lens clean....
