I believe this to be entirely true. This is not an ethical company, nor do they encourage ethical behavior. Ultimately, they are only interested in their profits... customer-be-damned. That's why I finally grew tired of working there. Most employees don't last long. ERAC's method is to hire the gullible over-eager type and work them into exhaustion until they quit. There are always more of 'that type' out there on college campuses everywhere, and they're willing to put up with maltreatment. And if THEY are willing to put up with being mistreated, they certainly have no problem mistreating the customer.

If you DO decide to pursue this, hire an attorney. Better yet, hire a street bum to stand outside of their corporate offices on the sidewalk with a sign. Eventually they'll get the picture. There aren't enough people who are standing up for their rights. I wish you well.
