Rock if this is you I hope your doing well!!! People talk shit, what else is new. I really do feel like you didn't get a fair shake at the area manger deal. Less face it you were thrown into a sinking ship. I know that people said they tried to help you, but that area was not meant for a first time area manager. Although we didn't always see eye to eye, you helped me out so many times in my career. You got me out of 23 and to 21 where you and Steve helped me grill and get promoted. I learned a lot about employee development from you, and lets face it I needed the help at that time!!! I know that you were not totally ready for an Area spot, and maybe things would have been diffrent if you hadn't got promoted when you did. But it is what is is. Again, I really hope your doing well its good to hear from you!!
