This is usually a hot topic, and here is an example of how bad it is. Last year, I decided not to give to United Way, but decided to give to another charity. GP05 has always wanted 100% participation, and will bribe the employees to give (casual days if at 100%, etc). When my immediate manager noticed I had not given, he gave for me, simply because the pressure to give was too great. How bad is that. |
