I never said that I think someone will fail if they leave erac. I said they would fail given their attitude. You cannot go thru life and think that everything is easy and will be handed to you and you will be successful. No matter what you do, you have to work your butt off to succeed. Whether it is ERAC, a lawyer, a doctor, whatever. It take A LOT OF EFFORT to make $$$, otherwise everyone would be living the high life!
And no, erac isn't for everyone. If you do not like your job, GREAT, GO GET A NEW ONE. But you do not have a right to belittle people who like what they do just because you do not.
