They actually did me a favor!!!! I didn't care for most of my team members, didn't socialize (I had absolutely NOTHING in common with them). At least the e-chimp is getting a bit more creative than the usual, "He/She couldn't HACK IT" or "He/She didn't see the BIG PICTURE". I'm sure you can think of more excuses the e-chimp uses in their ever elite world of renting cars.
