Default Re: Purchased CDW, Wife Dings Car, Enterprise asks for $900

Well who ever posted the statement that he is making something up has no idea what they are talking about or has no idea about loss control at enterprise. They will try to collect any money they can to help with the damage waiver reserves. Every office has there own damage waiver reserves and if they can find any wrong doing or anyone to point a finger at they will. I can tell you one that that if you name and your wifes name is on the isurance policy for the personal car they would not be able to pursue your insurance just because you cant be liable for your own auto claim. That means if you have two cars insured and you run into one of them with the other you have to file two claims under collison. That means two deductibles apply. Damage waiver does not have a deductible therefore you should not have to pay a thing. The amount that you paid for the damage waiver should cover your cost for the insurance. You will pay your first deductible to get you personal car fied and none on the rental car.
