He will take care of this if all other avenues fail, simply tell him you will never rent from Enterprise again and you will tell everyone you know not to rent from them as well. Let's face it Enterprise will bow down because they are begging people to walk through those doors, beacuse of poor customer service, forcing auxillary products down peoples throats, and the dirty cars they rent to customers as well as the downgrade of cars to customers that were promised bigger car classes. My answer is simply get this resolved and go to Hertz where you will get better service and cleaner cars, as well as a professional company.. |
