The entire big picture is having an operation where other people do the work for you and you play the "quarterback" role in delegating responsibility and directing them to victory.

I really work an 8-5 job yet I take full responsibility for the operation. I'll on some occasions visit branches. Why would I be ashamed of having an operation where I have hundreds of employees working for me while I'm making a six figure income and have the best benefits at a Fortune 100 company? What is wrong with that?

Yet, you go on and enjoy your 7-3 job because Walmart jobs like that are rewarding too. You just can't compete with The Kingfish in GP 62 like me, so stop hating on success.
